Texas Homecoming 2- black and white photography by Barbara Lee Donovan. This photo was shot in a small town in Texas 2012. A group of 300 motorcycle enthusiasts were passing though on their way to meet up with a local hometown veteran who was coming home from Iraq. Talking to a few of the bike owners I was told that many of the riders did not know the young man but felt honored and privileged to show their support for him and his family. Some of the riders had come as far as from New York, Canada, Florida, Washington state and California.
