"Exhilaration" " - is a ink paint drawing on a reflective acrylic surface then photographed with a softened flash to create the illusion of a late day Winter in the South. The colors chosen for the sky rendering make for a perfect sense of relaxation to either a gentle morning awakening or a soothing end of the day piece to add to your bedroom wall. Inspiration comes from beautiful bare branched trees silhouetted against the glow of the sky and that feeling everyone gets when viewing natural beauty. Mine happens to be exhilaration and renewed energy.
