"Crazy Daisy" - by Barbara Lee Donovan is a mixed media piece comprised of the use of watercolors with acrylic applied to Strathmore 400 series watercolor paper for texture appeal.
My inspiration for this work is my love of up close artwork of the beauty of flowers. This piece is the second work to Butterfly Vision. Intended to be viewed beside butterfly vision it gives the viewer a sense of what an insect might see.The colors are striking and fresh making for an interesting statement piece or a great addition to your modern home d�cor. The flowers colors are a perfect marriage of fantasy and fun reminiscent of old early 70's album covers.
